Returns & Exchanges

At Bohème Vintage, we curate unique pieces with history and want you to love your find; however, if your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of vintage items, all returns must be in their original, unaltered condition with all boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the garment is protected, and include the printed Return Authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
